Zohmingliana (Zo) has an extensive experience across industries which ranges from creating and setting up the HR organization, implementation of strategies, policies, and processes. Through this he has gained a remarkable understanding of looking at problem statements from an external perspective and resolving them, adding his own creativity and unique methodologies.

Zo’s experience of having handled some of the biggest names in the industry including Fiat, Volvo, Schneider Electric, General Electric (GE), Mphasis BFL, Airbus, and others has aided him in sharpening his cognitive abilities.

Zo holds an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Outside of work, he finds comfort rocking his guitar, though what gets his adrenaline pumping is a good match featuring Juventus, or a race of Ferrari F1. Zo can also be found around the tennis or badminton courts, or just playing snooker when not at work.

Coming from an army family, he abides by the Gorkha motto of “Kafar Hunu Bhanda Marnu Ramro” (better to die than to live like a coward)
