Preeti Bhambhani

Preeti is the Vice President – Global Learning Practice. She heads the training operations and is one of the foundations on which ErgoTalent stands. With two decades of corporate background, she brings a wide gamut of experience to the organization. Her skills include Training & Development, Curriculum Development, and Training Needs Analysis. She has successfully designed, set up, and led learning functions and teams for some of the largest BPOs. Preeti has a proven track record in developing and executing successful training programs through traditional and modern training methods. She has created and implemented learning strategies at multiple sites for her clients.

Preeti holds an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI University and has certifications for NLP Practitioner & Master Practitioner, Instructional Design, Life, Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, Emotional Intelligence, Life Coach, and CBT Coach Practitioner. These, along with her extensive experience with reputed organizations like Convergys, Sitel, Altisource Business Solutions Pvt Ltd. allow her to create and implement training programs and strategies aligned with clients’ requirements.
