Mustafa Raj is currently heading the L&D vertical at ErgoTalent as Vice President – Learning & Leadership Development Practice.
A Trainer and Facilitator of international repute with 25+ years of experience, Mustafa has held corporate HR leadership roles with organizations like Mercedes-Benz, Foseco, Hindustan Unilever/SC Johnson, Oriental Rubber, and Whirlpool. His passion lies in designing and conducting Leadership Development workshops and training programs covering a vast range of soft skills and functional areas. He trained at Daimler Corporate Academy – Germany for their in-house Leadership Development programs, and he has facilitated multiple workshops for more than 200 managers from the Asia-Pacific region for Daimler corporation.
Mustafa holds a post-graduate degree in Personnel Management from the University of Poona. He is also a Certified Trainer for Edward de Bono’s Lateral Thinking Tools & Techniques and a trained Facilitator by Elements UK; he has expertise in implementing the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology in organizations.
Being a caring and empathetic person by nature, Mustafa has a fascination with the strengths of individuals coupled with the ability to nurture, refine and stretch the same towards excellence.
He is an avid reader, enjoys listening to ghazals and old Hindi movie songs, and cooks sumptuous dum biryani.
