Client: US based fast growing Digital Technology Company
We are looking for a Director HR to lead the global HRBP function.
Responsibilities
- Candidates should have experience in HR Business Partnering, Learning and Development, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Total Rewards etc.
- To partner directly with global and local leaders to create a tech-product culture
- Participate and/or lead HR Transformation projects and initiatives to develop talent, enhance employee experience, build critical capabilities, and strengthen organization culture and engagement; in order to meet business objectives
- Deep experience in Human Resources leadership, with proven experience in HR Business Partnering, Learning and Development, HR Operations, and Internal Communication.
- Outstanding partnering and influencing skills with a transparent and consultative approach with business leaders, peers, and partners
- Demonstrated / proven experience as an HR Strategic Partner to senior level executives
- Expertise in compensation and benefits and strategy development. Excellent project management skills and ability to drive company-wide initiatives across multiple locations
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years of managing a team in a strategic business partnership role
- Strong domain knowledge of HR, Business Partnership and contemporary market know- how in the field; excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
