Client: Global IT Software Product and Services based company
We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant with good experience in BPM/BPMS.
Responsibilities
- Interviewing business managers and staff member (know how to pull the right information out of the people being interviewed) and conducting workshops with business managers
- BPM techniques (for modelling, rules definition, data use definition, data collection, process / workflow analysis and redesign, business operation testing, etc.)
- Effectively completed 1 or more large Business Process Improvement initiative using a BPM / workflow (not limited to IBM BPM, IBM Case Manager, or Oracle BPM) and/or ECM (enterprise content management / document management system) software (not limited to IBM Content Manager, IBM CM400, IBM FileNet, Documentum, or Open Text).
- Building and analysing current operational models
- Designing performance management models
- Redesigning business operations and application support
Requirement
- Around 6 years of experience
- Solutions development and delivery experience in these domains, including
- Knowledge of key software applications / Core Systems in the Banking space.
- Project management and implementation experience in Banking solutions.
- Organizing successful product development programs.
- Certifications in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Banking.
- Conceptual knowledge of various Integration approaches – Backend integration with SOA, Web services, Messaging Based, Business Objects and Frontend Integration
