Mr. Bapat has worked in HR and Learning & Leadership development across multiple domains and functions over the course of his career that spans over 3 decades. He has been associated with the likes of Aditya Birla Group, Pfizer, Tata Motors, Hindustan Unilever, Alfa Laval, LG Soft, Mascon Global and Virtusa. He also headed the People Function at Azim Premji Foundation in the past. He has conducted over 600 days of training across corporates.
Jagdish holds an MBA in Human Resources from TISS Mumbai.
He has an inherent understanding of human aspirations and ambitions, which can be seen in his passion for Indian spiritualism. This in turn also motivates him to empathize and understand the clients and people he comes in contact with.
His primary avocation is natural farming, which he pursues actively.
