Asma leads our Staffing Business. Asma has extensive experience of more than a decade in industries like Research and HR Services Outsourcing. Before joining ErgoTalent, She has worked with prominent organizations like Manpower Group and GI Staffing.
She has handled Business Planning & Strategy, P&L growth, and Operations throughout her career. Within HR Outsourcing, Asma has remarkable experience in staffing, payroll outsourcing, and compliance and has worked with leading multinationals across E-commerce, Manufacturing, IT, and FMCG.
Outside work, Asma enjoys traveling and baking!
