Client: Global IT Software Product and Services based company
We are looking for an experienced Technical Backend Lead, who will be leading and mentoring the development team with hand-on experience in coding and designing
Responsibilities
- Encourage all participants to take an active role in the project
- Ensure participants have a clear understanding of what they need to complete
- Drive the project team for on time delivery
- Lead the design, planning and execution validation activities
- Organize any necessary meetings to progress team work (weekly, daily, or ad-hoc)
- Plan and execute meetings at Action Week and any other face-to-face meetings as required.
- Assign team responsibilities
- Manage delivery of the agreed roadmap items, specifically as applies to the project and outlined within the charter.
- Monitor progress and manage risks to and recovery of any schedule slippages.
Requirement
- Around 8 years of Experience
- Good development experience in Java/J2EE, Spring boot, Hibernate, Spring, Camel and Web-services Hands on deployment experience with any cloud provider like AWS, Azure, GCP
- Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and excited by innovative projects
