We are looking for a Head of L&D, who will lead the learning interventions, including technical, behavioral and leadership programs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Business, in the training needs Identification and leadership development activities.
- Liaise with the leaders to create various kinds of development & learning programs for identified target groups
- Assess the success of development programs and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- To design, develop and implement various L & D projects.
- Responsible for Planning, Content development and Delivery of training programs
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience as an L & D Professional
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
