Job Brief

Client: Leading global provider of multichannel business communications services.

We are looking for a Head of L&D, who will lead the learning interventions, including technical, behavioral and leadership programs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business, in the training needs Identification and leadership development activities.
  • Liaise with the leaders to create various kinds of development & learning programs for identified target groups
  • Assess the success of development programs and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • To design, develop and implement various L & D projects.
  • Responsible for Planning, Content development and Delivery of training programs

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience as an L & D Professional
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Experience in project management and budgeting
