Client: Fast growing, well-funded, HealthTech Start-up
We are looking for an Associates Product Manager to build and enhance product for the Client.
Responsibilities:
- Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience
- Perform quality assurance controls on products
- Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver functional solutions
- Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
- Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines
- Liaise with the Marketing department to ensure proper advertisement and positioning of new products
- Monitor and report on users’ reactions after launching
- Create support and training documents for internal and external users
- Analyse competition
Requirements
- Experience managing the entire product lifecycle
- Familiarity with market research, consumers’ behaviour, and marketing techniques
- Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback.
- Ability to analyse industry trends and competitor behaviour.
- Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
- Exceptional ability to identify improved product features and contribute to marketing strategies
- Prior experience of building healthcare related products will be a plus
